In 1987, with the pioneering spirit of the establisher Chariman Wang, Ningbo Huada Molding Factory was established.

In the year of 2002, Ningbo Huashuo Molding Co., Ltd., established on the basis of Huada Molding, servicing not only the customers with molding demand, but also the vehicle component manufacturing.

In the year of 2008, although the world embraced the global financial crisis, with the advance planning of globalization according to the market, customers and the demanding product, Huashuo still achieved exponential growth and increase in sales.

In 2016, after the company completed its transformation into a joint-stock company and renamed itself Zhejiang Huashuo Technology Co., Ltd, Huashuo has become a supplier for multinational car companies such as Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, NIO and Xpeng, and has expanded its global industrial expansion in the field of electric vehicles.

In the year of 2019, established National Technology Center.

In the year of 2020, sales maintained drastic growth comparing to 2019 under COVID-19 situation, established National Postdoctoral Research Station and Ningbo Academician Station.

In the year of 2021, Huashuo received the “Production Champion Award” of dedicated industry from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Chinese Federation Industrial Economics.

In the year of 2022, HALMS Hungary production plant established.
